The Competency Management Committee is a group of individuals, companies or organizations representing a productive, social or government sector, which due to their number of workers, their participation in the labor market and / or the recognition of national scope In the sector, validated by ““CONOCER””, acts as the responsible body to promote the Competency Management model in the organization sector it represents.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPETENCY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
- Promote the development and implementation of the National System in the sector it represents.
- Develop Standards of Competence, Assessment Instruments and Mechanisms that encourage Certification.
- Define and propose assessment and certification solutions that are required.

The FNSI has been accredited to “CONOCER” as a Certification and Evaluation Entity since 2014, with an accreditation certificate ECE149-14.
