Our Evaluations are classified into 3 divisions of work.

Methodological Resources
The methodological resources to be used in our courses and trainings are based on the educational principles of "learning by doing", through advanced combined learning strategies and techniques, such as:
- ●Conceptual exhibitions
- ●Experiential games
- Movies / video
- Practical exercises
Evaluations
- For courses lasting 4 hours or more, it is suggested to apply two evaluations in each subject.
- Diagnostic, whose objective is to explore the domain and skills that the participants have regarding the Topic or Courses received.
- Final evaluation; it evaluates the degree of mastery that the participant has over the acquired knowledge, at the end of the teaching-learning process.
- Commitment to Applying Learning: At the end of the Course, the Instructor will ask you to write a document with personal commitments for the application of the knowledge and skills acquired in your work, personal and social field; in order to be workers who give results.
- Satisfaction evaluation, it gathers the opinion of the service and performance granted to the participants, by the instructor.

Conference Cycle
La Federación Nacional de Sindicatos Independientes, a través de su Centro de Capacitación y Desarrollo Educativo FNSI, organiza el último miércoles de cada mes una conferencia con temas relevantes que apoyen a los participantes a la mejora en su importante rol. La intención de dichos temas es que impacten efectivamente en su desempeño personal, familiar, sindical, laboral y social.
Cada ponente es de primer nivel, con amplio reconocimiento en su especialidad.
