Psychological care, as a service, is committed to society through specialized care to the community of members and workers of the FNSI, addressing in a timely manner the problems that involve the psychological aspect, thus improving the quality of life of the same, both in their work life, and in their personal, family and social life.

Thus, the psychological care as a service of the FNSI is projected as a unique avant-garde instance within the Workers' Centers, using the social, scientific and humanistic approach; always thinking about the quality of the service.
